Do I need a sailing license to book a private charter?

No. All of our private sailing charters include a professional, licensed local captain who will navigate and steer the vessel. You do not need any sailing experience or licensing.

What is included in the package price?

Our standard packages include boat rental, professional captain services, end-of-charter cleaning, sheets, towels, and airport transfers. Upgraded lines can add air-conditioning, water makers, food hostesses, and open bars. Fuel, marina fees, and food are typically settled locally.

How does food and provisioning work onboard?

For skippered charters, guests usually handle food provisioning. You can buy groceries at the starting marina or order delivery to the boat. You are also responsible for provisioning the captain. If you choose a fully crewed option, a hostess or cook can handle meals and drinks.

Can we customize our sailing route?

Absolutely. Before and during the trip, you can discuss preferences with your skipper. While weather and safety are the final authority, the captain will happily adjust the route to stop at quiet lagoons, historic villages, or lively ports of your choice.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety is our absolute priority. If strong winds or sea conditions make sailing unsafe, the captain will suggest alternative sheltered bays or spend the day exploring inland ports. Mediterranean waters are generally gentle during the sailing season from May to October.

Question 6

What is the booking deposit and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your catamaran and captain. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 60 days before embarkation receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
