About this yacht

ARTEMIS is an exceptional Bavaria C45 Holiday, offering a perfect blend of modern design, spacious accommodation, and effortless sailing performance. Designed by renowned naval architect Maurizio Cossutti and commissioned in 2019, she represents the latest generation of Bavaria yachts, combining innovative features with outstanding comfort for families, couples, and groups of up to 10 guests. With her striking modern hull lines, full-width cockpit, generous bathing platform, oversized flush side windows, and panoramic skylights, ARTEMIS offers a unique combination of style, space, and natural light. From the moment you step aboard via the wide teak swim platform, the yacht’s thoughtful design and premium finish are immediately apparent. The spacious twin-helm cockpit provides excellent movement around the deck while creating a comfortable social area for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the scenery. For the 2026 season, ARTEMIS has been upgraded with a brand-new canvas package, enhancing both her appearance and onboard comfort while providing improved protection from the sun and elements during your time on deck. Designed for effortless handling, ARTEMIS is equipped with advanced sailing technology including twin helm stations, a B&G touchscreen navigation and management system, integrated chart plotter, autopilot, bow thruster, Bluetooth sound system in both the cockpit and saloon, and an electric windlass with cockpit controls and chain counter. Her fully battened mainsail, electric winches, and self-tacking headsail make sail handling simple and efficient, while all running rigging is neatly organised and led aft to the helms, allowing smooth short-handed sailing. The shallow-draft keel is particularly suited to exploring the Ionian, providing easy access to charming waterfront tavernas, shallow bays, and picturesque island harbours. ARTEMIS offers a highly versatile accommodation layout, with the option of a three-cabin or four-cabin configuration. In her current four-cabin arrangement, she comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, featuring two spacious aft cabins sharing a bathroom with a separate shower, while the two forward cabins each benefit from their own private ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with electric toilets and individual holding tanks, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience on board. Below deck, ARTEMIS provides a bright, contemporary, and welcoming living space. The large U-shaped saloon seating area and dining table can be converted into an additional double berth or used as a comfortable lounge area, with a further sofa to starboard creating a relaxed and spacious atmosphere. The fully equipped galley is designed for entertaining larger groups, featuring a hob, twin sinks, chest freezer, and twin-drawer fridge-freezer, making meal preparation easy whether cruising between islands or enjoying evenings at anchor. For extended comfort and independence, ARTEMIS is equipped with a comprehensive range of modern amenities, including solar panels, an 8kW Fischer Panda generator, a 240V inverter, and Webasto air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable onboard environment in all conditions. Combining cutting-edge design, exceptional space, modern upgrades, and Bavaria’s renowned sailing performance, ARTEMIS is an outstanding yacht for discovering the Ionian Islands in luxury, comfort, and complete confidence.

The boat is based in Vliho Bay, offering direct access to the Southern Ionian Islands. The base includes a pontoon, restaurant, hot showers, Wi-Fi, and a friendly team ready to assist with everything from transfers to route planning.

The yacht charter price includes-

  • First and last night pontoon fees on our Vliho Yacht Club pontoon.
  • Dinghy and outboard (including outboard fuel).
  • Full fuel and water tanks.
  • Bed linen and towels (beach towels not included).
  • Starter pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, water, cleaning products, bin bags, tea towels and toilet roll.
  • Masks and snorkles.
  • Stand up paddle board
  • Final cleaning of the yacht.
  • Route planning.
  • Maps & pilot book (including Rod Heikle)
  • 24/7 support.

The only extras you pay for are-

  • Yacht diesel used during the charter. We arrange for the fuel to be delivered directly to the boat at our pontoon on your return. The diesel tank must be refilled and payment is made directly to the diesel truck driver.

Check in is 16.00 pm, we always try to have the boat ready earlier if you are arriving before 16.00 pm but we cannot guarantee this. Check out is 10.00 am, we ask that you arrive back at our pontoon before 5.00 pm the day before or between 8.30 am and 9.00 am on the day.

The skipper of the boat must hold a current qualification/certification from their country that allows them to charter a boat of the same type and size. The Port Police require the skipper to sign a declaration confirming the above. An ICC is required for skippers from the UK.

Please note: If you are booking a bareboat charter (without one of our skippers) we require a 3500 Euros refundable security deposit.

As part of check-in, we ask that you complete and sign a credit card security form. This would only be retained in the unlikely event of major damage to the boat. We do however understand that things can happen at sea, and you may lose a fender or a towel overboard etc, but these are just charged at cost price on your return.

We also offer additional services to ensure you have the best holiday!

Does an enquiry reserve this yacht?

No. An enquiry asks Yachting Planet to recheck the yacht, price and charter conditions. Nothing is reserved or charged until the charter operator confirms the next step with you.

What is included in the displayed price?

The provider has not supplied enough evidence for a complete payable total. We therefore show only the supported base amount and will confirm every mandatory charge before sending a proposal.

How do I know whether my skipper licence is accepted?

Licence rules depend on the yacht, flag, sailing area and sometimes VHF certification or crew experience. We verify your documents with the operator for this exact yacht before proposal.

Are the nearby weeks guaranteed to remain available?

No. They are shown only when the provider returned this yacht as available, and selecting one triggers a fresh price and availability check. Availability can still change before operator confirmation.

Licence and skipper requirements

The lead skipper normally needs an accepted sailing licence and, in some destinations, a VHF certificate or a second experienced crew member. Requirements vary by flag, operator and cruising area, so we verify them with the selected yacht.
