VAT (depending on location - 22% Italy, 20% France) and 25% APA is calculated on top of the charter fee;
APA is a pre-paid operational budget used to cover the variable costs of the charter, such as:
- fuel consumption
- food and beverages
- marina and port fees
- other guest-related expenses during the trip
The captain manages the budget transparently during the charter and provides a full expense report. Any unused balance is returned to the charterer at the end of the charter.
4 crew members (captain, deckhand, hostess and chef) are included in the net charter fee.
